In the morning of October 16, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the People’s Committee of Da Nang to organize a rehearsal of the fire fighting and search and rescue plan (CNCH) at the Azura high-class apartment complex, Vincom Ngo Commercial Center. The rehearsal of the fire fighting plan and the search for OSS consists of 2 parts.
Part 1 is a rehearsal of the process of operating the commanding and operating mechanism when a situation occurs. The second part is a practical exercise with 4 stages with coordinated communication, smoothly, according to the procedure between the force in place; FPF force and search for CNCH of Danang Police; support forces in the city; reinforcing forces of units under the Ministry of Public Security, Quang Nam and Thua Thien-Hue provinces; Air force of Division 372 was mobilized by the Ministry of Defense to participate in the ARCH …
The rehearsal showed that the participating units were highly focused, properly performed the assigned tasks, coordinated synchronously, smoothly and effectively; Especially units and individuals must keep absolutely safe from errors, accidents, human and property damage during rehearsals.
